Cristina Gamón

(Valencia-1987)

Cristina Gamón, graduated in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. His works are distinguished by an unparalleled freshness through a complex technique of unreal images capable of transferring us to the ocean depths in which our very presence is stunned by the beauty of color.

Awarded at 24 with the Gold Medal of the BMW National Prize for Painting. His artistic activity takes place mainly in Madrid, Valencia, Paris and Manila. He regularly participates in important fairs such as Estampa, ArtMadrid, Pinta, Context, Art New York or ArtPhilippines. Among his institutional exhibitions, the most outstanding figure is the Marine Landscape at the Palau de la Música in Valencia, collectives such as Itinérance Espace Cardin Paris, Art Nexus London or Cartographies traveling through Latin America, as well as the installation Aura performed with the composer CE Cella in the Museum's Auditorium Queen Sofia.
